38,156 PointsIs anyone else having problems with Xcode 7.0 playground?
I'm having a lot of problems with Xcode playground. Not only is it SUPER SLOW but it also doesn't always show the results. The only thing it shows is "Hello, playground." Sometimes it has a mind of its own and works whenever it feels like it. What should I do?

47,913 PointsThat happens sometimes, especially on older/slower Macs. There's a lot going on behind the scenes with Playgrounds, so it takes a lot processing power to execute them. Swift is an awesome language, and Apple's tools to help you write it are even better, but Xcode tries to do so much that it ends up chewing up all your RAM and runs super slow

47,913 PointsIf it's in a Playground, it may just be Xcode being extremely slow (I've found it to be that way on my older MacBook Air (my only Mac)). It usually runs ok for me when just normally writing an app
