Is auto-increment supposed to happen?

While watching this video, I noticed that when changing the movie title from Casablanca to Cleopatra, that the movie ID was 4 both times. But when I ran the same code, the movie ID changed to 5 for Cleopatra. I was wondering if this was an update, or are we supposed to do something to 'overwrite' the Casablanca title?
