is data.js creating an object?

What is being done in Data.js? I know it returns the feteched data from the api side, but I am confused. is it making an object out of the data or is it creating a function callled api?

Yes, most things in JavaScript are actully objects.

The Data.js file is exporting the Data (Class) object. It will be used in Context.js (can wait or preview the completed files)

It's a helper Class (much like a helper function).

You can check out this post on Stack for some more info as well and how it's used in the wild:

Thank you!
