Is HTTPS can only be bought and installed for IPv4? Because my hosting gave me an advise to delete IPv6 for ssllabs val.

I had to check the installment of https via ssllabs servis. It was showing error for IPv6. Then I've deleted ipv6 to ensure the security (so that nobody can access the site using IPv6). But my problems only started. I've tested site domain' server using Pingdom tools. It didn't transfer DNS via TCP. So, the test was unsuccessful. My hosting provider has answered that they block DNS via TSP for IPv4 and allow it only for IPv6 "to protect the server from DDoS-attacks). But I don't have IPv6 following hoster's advise!!! I'm responsible for all SEO aspects. Can this mistake harm performance (or Pingdom just sells their service and DNS via TSP transfer isn't a big deal)?
