Is it Okay if I publish a website with same layout as teamtreehouse Front End Developer Tutorials Website?

I wanna know if it's okay to publish the website that I made while learning from tutorial? Or will that get me into some kind of legal problem for publishing same layout website?

I believe as long as you don't copy everything exactly the same you should be fine. Hope a staff come and give us a good answer.
