Only if you know enough about Photoshop to create the backgrounds by hand in Photoshop in the first place.

Nick,

There are a bunch of ways to do this -- (in Photoshop or Fireworks)

1) you can use photoshop to select/replace a color or color range 2) you can do a color overlay and adjust the opacity 3) you can use the color adjustment tools 4) ...and the list goes on!

-or, as James mentioned- you can make your own.
