Is it possible to have one form auto-populate a different form on a different webpage?

So I currently have a ticketing partner website that sells tickets for me, but once I send those people off of my site I lose their contact information.

I was wondering if there is a way to have these customers complete a form on my website that will then auto-populate their contact information into the form on the landing page of the ticketing company?
