Is it possible to read the words rather than just listen to the video? I have issues with auditory processing.

Either a transcript or closed captions?

Hi Helena W I wanted to let you know all the other video transcripts were in except for this data video. It looks like we forgot to submit that one, oops! We just did though, so it should be up shortly.

Thanks!

Hi Helena W - sorry it can take a few days (up to a week) to get the subtitles after we publish a course. If they aren't up yet, they will be very soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks! I will watch for it. Are subtitles the same as transcript?

Helena, yes, subtitle is just transcript embedded into the lecture video.

at first I agree with Jesus Mendoza 's suggestion, but then when I take a look at the actual course video, it appears that this particular lecture video doesn't have any subtitle or transcript. Maybe Joy Kesten can look into that?

And thanks, Helena W for pointing that out.

As a suggestion, can you guys please remove [SOUND] [LAUGH] and other unnecessary subtitle, it is very distracting and makes me think I miss something.

You can use the subtitle option next to the volume option, or read the video transcript under the video
