Hi all,
I have a question for the Wordpress enthusiasts. Not so long ago I installed Wordpress to be run from a USB stick with XAMPP loaded onto it. It was handy because I was able to take my USB stick and work on my Wordpress development from multiple PCs. I have now attempted to load and install the MAC version of XAMPP (MAMP) onto a USB so I can work on my Wordpress development using a Mac, because I want to work on the Wordpress project from multiple Mac computers. But so far when I try to install MAMP on a new USB it won't work and MAMP will only install onto my Mac computer's hard drive. Any advice? Is it really not possible to run MAMP from an external drive?
