Is it possible to undelete a file from workspaces?

So, I just finished my project of around 650 lines of code. I get ready to submit it as part of the career program and decide to change the folder name.... I accidentally clicked on delete, which happens to be right next to rename, and a file with 600 lines of code vanishes instantly. I searched for a solution to recover the lost file, but none can be found. This is the most frustrating thing. That file represents 50 hours of work. Is there seriously no way to get that brobdingnagian beast of a file back?
