Is it safe now to ditch floats for site navigations and embrace flexbox?

I've been using several yeoman generators and I keep seeing floats used for navigation, especially at bigger viewports.

I mean I see it in canisue.com, and since Bootstrap stopped supporting anything that is not responsive, I'd like to see your opinion.

In my humble and personal opinion... Absolutely. Granted, I don't do much front-end design, but I wouldn't even consider floats anymore. :)

:dizzy:

floats aren't ideal but flexbox still isn't fully supported
