Is it worth learning Angular 1 or should I go ahead and learn 2

How long do you think it will take employers, startups, agencies etc to adopt Angular 2? I don't wanna learn the new one and then have nowhere hiring for it, but I also don't wanna have to re-learn two in a few months if people move towards it quickly...
