JavaScript React Basics (2018) Introducing Props Use Keys to Keep Track of Elements

Is key a reserved word?

Is 'key' a special word so that React automatically knows this is the ID and is a unique value?

Do we have to use 'key' or can we use anything we like?

Thanks for the clarification, what i figured but wanted to be certain.

Hi Kevin, reserved for React, not JavaScript. I find it interested this lesson only works if we use 'key' and not with anything else.
