Is learning Meteor js a good choice? If yes, do you know of good tutorial resources?

Is learning Meteor js a good choice? If yes, do you know of good tutorial website, book, blog, etc.? Any good resources you can recommend that will be a big help Thanks!

I honestly have no idea. But, I do have contacts who swear by it. I've been hoping for a while that Treehouse would offer a Meteor.js and React.js course, but it hasn't happened.

Two of the guys I know really want me to learn it so that I can possibly collaborate on a project with them later. So they gave me this link to a series on youtube that they believe is very good.
