I was just wondering because if it is free than I can use it.

229,708 PointsPhotoshop is not only not free, you can't even own it anymore. You can only lease it and use it while you're paying for it. But does have a free trial period, and the fees are much lower if you're a student (of a regular school).
But, there's a great free alternative image editor called Gimp.
