Hello, Guys! Need advice is that really possible to create: http://imgur.com/a/EOAs4? With all that geomtry object's? my brain overheating when i see all that background elements? Please some advice, where to start?

Possible, yes. Looks like SVG's are going to be your friend.

It's not clear that any of what I'm seeing needs to be anything other than an image (but the fact that I don't read Russian doesn't help). So probably you mainly need a good image creation tool like Adobe Photoshop (or the free substitute Gimp), and perhaps a drawing tool like Adobe Illustrator.

If anything needs to respond to the content or user interaction, Kevin's suggestion of SVG is a good idea. But without seeing a specification for the page, you might not need it.
