Is the RSVP installed? I was trying to get to it but it is not active

Trying to get into RSVP treehouse site, but it states that it is not active at the moment.

@williamplaud I lost connection with the RSVP treehouse site as well. To fix it, I had to relaunch the RSVP workspace and preview the site to get the URL.
