Is there a good alternative to Jade Template Engine?

I just started learning Jade Template Engine and I know that I should give it some more time, but it is absolutely painful to write. Is there another template engine that just allows me to inject pure html?

EJS, Handlebars, and Hogan are three top choices (they are actually the three choices built into express-generator). There's also Mustache, underscore.js, and I believe jquery has a template engine as well.
