Is there a source or API for getting all the info on Chemistry?

Say, I wanna build a Chemistry app. Is there any API for that??? So that I can use javascript and jQuery to retrieve the file in JSON format and then do my work. And one more thing, if I do that, then will my web app become a dynamic one? or will it stay static?
By the way, I found a few on GitHub. I'm asking if there's a better option.

Getting "all the info on Chemistry" sounds like a lot to expect from one source.

But perhaps OpenCMIS and/or the Organic Chemistry API would be of interest to you.

Actually, the documentation is not so developed for those sites. And couldn't find a thing.
