Is there a tutorial on how to create a zip archive for download in php?

I would really love a tutorial about this... I've searched all over the place with no success

I actually looked at that tutorial, but I need a video tutorial to explain the code because the code doesn't quite serve my purposes the way it goes through the process. It just saved the zip file to the server and I need a video to explain how to not only save the files in a zip folder but how to start an automatic download of them; and PHP.net's documentation is confusing to me. That's one thing I love about treehouse. Most of their video tutorials are easier to understand than written tutorials.
