Is there a way to concatenate ol inside of h1 tags?

All the children of an ol must be list items (li). But you don't need to put headers inside the lists, you can just put them in front. And no concatenation needed, just include them in the string:

  var correct = "<h1>Correct</h1><ol>";

Also, check your variable spelling. There's a "reponse" instead of "response".
