is there any course in here that can teach me to make dynamic website?

i was just that just there is a course in here "how to make a website" if there is any course for dynamic website?. i just give an example what i'm looking for http://crazyfunnny.com/. and i'm aware of that this is a very complex website but its still if there is any basic course for similar web like plz let me know

Yes there are. You can choose the Ruby on Rails track. Or the same could be done with Wordpress using php. Each one of these already has prebuilt libraries that allow you to make websites faster and easier.
