Is there any major performance differences or considerations for using `prepend()` instead of `insertBefore()`?

I'm able to use both methods successfully but was curious to why the Node properties were being used instead of the ParentNode properties.

MDN cites prepend as "experimental technology" with incomplete legacy browser support. So for production software, Best Practice would be to use insertBefore instead.

Relative performance is probably not an issue, but would likely vary with different browsers.

Thanks, looks like just internet explorer is having a hard time catching up with modern tech. :D

You can expect it won't, since support for it has been discontinued.
