CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Pick Fonts and Set Relative Units

is there any other font website other than google.com/font?

unfortunately our government blocks down google and i haven't figure out how to unblock it , so i cannot use the google.com/font link. can you tell me another website that serves the same purpose of picking fonts with CSS links?

Of course there is. Personally, I really like Fontsquirrel. Sometimes I use Adobe Edge Fonts too.
