Is there any way to convert php function script into wordpress plugin?

I have a simple php function script and would like to convert it to wordpress plugin. But i have no basic knowledge about wordpress. example of command code of wordpress. Is there any way to convert php function script into wordpress plugin?

Sure, that's basically what a plugin in. Just functions that do stuff that are extracted out of the theme files of a WP site. However, its quite easy, I would recommend going through the WP Plugin Course here so you can see exactly how to do it properly. You probably do not even need to do the whole course to get what you need out of it.
