There was a 3-hour Woocommerce course as part of the Wordpress Track. Since Treehouse has updated the Wordpress track, the Woocommerce course isn't available anymore. Maybe you could ask Treehouse if they can give you access to the course if that is still possible.

I just looked as well, and like what you found, it doesn't look like there are any current tracks available for the Woocommerce plugin on Wordpress.
