I think in the previous task you may have forgotten to close the textarea tag, try the code below

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <form action="index.html" method="post">
      <input type="text" id="name" name="user_name">
      <textarea id="comment" name="user_comment"></textarea>
        <button>Submit Comment</button>
    </form>
  </body>
</html>
