is there is a way i could learn wordpress without buying a domain .???

i'm learning and studying web development so i thought i will be beneficial if i could learn wordpress, but i found i had to pay for a domain host

You can download Wordpress by itself here: https://wordpress.org/download/. And then you can use local server software to develop your Wordpress content locally such as XAMPP (or a number of other server software). I think Treehouse has videos on how to install Wordpress locally. There are also a ton of articles for developing Wordpress locally so just search around for those.

If you want a free and simple "getting started" wordpress site you can use WordPress.com. It is more limited then wordpress.org but you can still test tons of design, plugins, and learn how to use Wordpress. Then expand to Wordpress.org as needed.
