Is there one spot that shows how to get fragments working in android 1.1 someplace.

I have been banging my head on this for a while and got it working. Mind you the bar that has the tabs on it is blue for some reason and when I swipe or go to next tab the tab slides into the center. I was wondering if there just one place that I can go read on how to make this code work in android studio 1.1. I would really like to move on father into the course. Feel as though I just wasting money atm..
