Is there some sort of PSR-4 Autoloading for Jquery plugins?

So I know there is PSR-4 for "including" many different pages together in PhP. I am just now starting to learn Jquery and I was curious if you could add all your links in one document, in whatever order you want, and then just link that one file to your pages, that way your not attaching a lot of links. to one page for your plugins.
