Is there someone who can help me with my html work?

I need help with an assignment from school , we are suppose to create a simple basic html page. I have instructions and rules in what they expect in my site. I have done it myself but my code always seems to fall apart. Meaning that things I want to work don't always work and it is frustrating because my instructor(who has to be really helpful and a know it all) does not help me at all and I really do not want to fail this class again.

I am willing to pay ...as long as someone teaches me and makes me understand what I am doing wrong and hopefully helps me pass this class in college.

Please I really need help , I would appreciate if anyone can help me.

Please I need help if there is anyone out there that can help me , I just need a little bit more of help on HTML coding, on this school project .. it is a 4 week project , I just need to go over every week with someone to check my work before submitting it to my school and check my code. If anything is wrong with my code would like to know what it is and how to fix it.

check your other folder on facebook ..it does not go to your Inbox because we are not friends, it is on your other or spam folder
