Actually, Mat Helme has gone to work for Google. If Treehouse updates this course, it will not be with him. Parker Busswood

The best way to make sure that videos and related content remains up-to-date is to submit feedback at the end of lessons/videos. Make comments and requests related to the content, as this is the best opportunity you'll have to request an updated tutorial for new updated features.

Agreed. I just started learning Illustrator as well on a different site before I realized there was also some resources for it here as well. I'm still going to go through this course for any additional value it can give me but would love an update (which I'm assuming will be this... http://teamtreehouse.com/library/adobe-illustrator-for-web-design/upcoming).
