}

you are asked in the challenge to make the color attribute of GoKart private, so that nothing outside of the class can access it. If you put nothing, the standard value is public. To make something private, simply put private before the variables type, in this case:

class GoKart {
  private String color = "red";
}

will make the variable color, only accessible within the class GoKart
