is this supposed to return a real sentence?

I walked through all of the steps and everything seems to be fine. The form displays the way I expect, but when I click the submit button I don't get a sentence with any of the entered values. Nothing changes except the values I entered in the fields go away.

A form gets submitted to a GET or POST request which is handled by a server side script. This form has no action set, so when you submit it nothing will happen.
