Is using Bootstrap cheating?

ALL THE TIME that i spend on learning css and HTML dosent it seems like iam cheating on my self if i use bootstrap? its like iam copying and pasting? and think of, if acompany asks me to build awebsite for them and i used bootstrap dosent it seems like iam cheating on them?

Bootstrap is a tool, like any other it makes life easier you are not required to use it its completely up to you.

Now my experience is limited when it comes to making websites day in day out, but if it speeds up your work flow it has its benefits.

If a company uses it as part of their process then you can use it, if not then you need to know the alternative.

Bootstrap is not compulsory.

It is cheating? No, it's, as Mark Pryce said above, a tool. And it's one that's useful if you don't have much background in CSS or HTML (because, for instance, you're focused completely on taking info from a database and delivering it to the front end via, say, Java) and just need to get 'something' up and running on a web page to see what's being delivered without worrying too much about the User Experience. In other words, it's good if you're fine with prepackaged styling.

However, if you're a front end developer, you're better off getting really good at CSS and developing those techniques because Bootstrap can be a major pain to override.
