Isn't bootstrap taking us back to when content and presentation weren't separate?

I thought the best way of doing front-end was to separate content and presentation. Although bootstrap makes it incredibly easy to create sites, isn't this a big drawback? Would like to hear others opinions about this.

There is this blog post from Teamtreehouse.

That's great thanks!

I have only used bootstrap a little but as far as I have seen so far the presentation and the content is still kept separate. In what way do you mean that the presentation/styling is being mixed up with the content? :)
