Isn't it the root element?

I the question about the top most element in an HTML document i wrote that the top most element is the root element and the pseudo class to target that element is the :root pseudo class. Where did i go wrong?

:root is a CSS selector at the CSS document. The question want's the top most element of your HTML document. It is kind of tricky. Just take an extra look of your HTML. ; )
