PHP is a server side language and is most generally being used for websites and apps. Most common program languages are C, C++ and Python. If you want to write your own 'program' I would advice you to check out these languages instead of PHP.

Did not mean Actual program meant like like log in or log out a user or post a comment , I understand the syntax's and the way its written I just cant construct my own code when I get to that blank page I draw blanks and can't recall how to put the code in order and be able to know if what I am doing is right Do you have to maybe learn Javascript/Jquery then PHP to be able to kinda know how to structure PHP code for you own projects
