33,883 PointsIssue with Advanced Social Features in Ruby on Rails: Attaching Files Part 2
Hi All,
After completing the "Attaching Files - Part 2" section of ADVANCED SOCIAL FEATURES IN RUBY ON RAILS, I received the following error from my server:
"Paperclip::Error in StatusesController#create Documents model missing required attr_accessor for 'attachment file name'"
Therefore, I proceeded to add the following code to my document model...
attr_accessor :attachment_file_name
..and the error went away.
However, throughout the rest of the "Attaching Files" section/tutorials, I was never able to see my uploaded files anywhere (and I'm still not), neither when I post a new status nor on the "All Statuses" page. My concern is that the above error has something to do with it.
Could someone please advise if they've also seen this error and what the possible solution could be?
Thanks! --Matthew Huntley
