Issue with browser

Hi, guys i am using xampp server, for running my php files, i am practising on floats i have downloaded the project files. google chrome and mozilla only loads html and they wont load any css, But another issue if they load they look different from video

do you load your css the right way? did you add a reset css to the project?

Hi, micheal, yes, and i have copied the code from project files and pasted in my sublime2 text editor, it wont look same as in the video.
