Issue with Chrome, freaking out at half wat points of hover transform rotates.

It seems like in chrome at certain degree of rotates like 180deg it loses its hitbox of hover. So it will get about half way then twitch, Anyone know any fixes? I tried googling and youtube.

It seems to be related to google translate trying to translate the latin on the back to english, at least for me. A popup appears asking if i want to translate, if I ignore the popup it's fine but if I click it, it then twitches like how you described.
