issue with creation database.txt in Pycharm

Hi,

Faced with problem with creation database.txt in Pycharm. Just put code as it was shown on the video and all time when i execute the code i recieve error message that name " milk" is not defined and txt file doesn't appear. In simple shell or in workshop everithing work correctly but not in Pycharm. Could anybody tell me how it can be fixed
