Issue with DB working locally with phpmyadmin [SOLVED]

If you are working on the SQL course/lesson "Reporting by Example", and you want to generate the database example on your machine in a local environment using phpmyadmin, you may encounter this error

error 1005 errno: 150 β€œForeign key constraint is incorrectly formed”

I solved it by changing the order of SCHEDULE TABLE, to be created at the end of the query.
