Issue with ios app

I'm working on building an ios app. When I get to a step where I'm supposed to drag a button over to another interface, it says that a window will pop up and prompt me to fill in some information.

It ain't there, and I've been trying to replicate the results shown in the tutorial for hours now. I have the same views open, and it doesn't seem to matter

Hi Michael,

From what I understand you are trying to create in IBOutlet in your viewController header file? Are you holding down the "Ctrl" key while clicking, then dragging the line that appears over to the viewController?
