Kosal, if you can provide the issue you're having, I might be able to help.

my Cpanel is not working... and the same to my website also not working. if anything you would like to know can let me know... My payment also already full paid. So what can i do?

Thanks Dustin..

I see similar questions have been asked about this before. Try to check these answers from the forum here

Also, if you have checked out on the site they have this....

"WHY CAN'T I LOGIN TO MY CONTROL PANEL OR ACCESS MY SITE?

There are a couple possible reasons for this. Commonly you need to flush your local DNS. We have some resources for you on how to do this on a Mac or on a Windows machine .

In some cases, your ISP has a cached version of the site. This may cause you to not be able to able to access your site at all. If this is the case, try setting up Google DNS

If neither of those't work, it may be that your IP address has been blocked for something like too many failed login attempts to cPanel or FTP. If you Google search "IP" if will tell you your IP.

If you tried to clear your cache, flush your DNS, use Google DNS and it doesn't work, please contact us with your IP address."

Thanks gloria, I will try out your way... :)

You are welcome Kosal. I hope it works out.
