Issues with the quiz UI.

I have followed each and every step explained by Andrew but somehow I do not see the questions and choices appearing when i run the index.html file. Please help as i have debugged and can't seem to find any possible error.

Also, make sure you check the obvious. Save your file, refresh the page, and try clearing your browser cache and refreshing again.
