It asked me to enable vt-x in bios. How to enable it?

while, I try running "Your Virtual Devices". error msg pop up - "VT-x is disabled in BIOS. Ho wto fix this issue?

Basically what you have to do is restart your computer and enter the bios, in there look for the v-tx option and enable it, save changes.
