Your code for the switch statement is fine. If your code is copied and pasted exactly, it will fail because the comment:

//Available roles: admin, editor, author, subscriber

got moved outside of the PHP tags. If you put it inside or remove it, your code should pass.

I don'y see anything wrong with the code, not surprisingly, it passed, and did not give me the error, that it gave you, I just simply copied and pasted your code.
