It looks like everything is properly set up, but the browser does not reflect the changes made.

Do I have to save the file after I make changes before it will reflect in the browser?

I found out you do need to save changes you make in order for the browser recognize it. CTRL-SHIFT-P always to search the command you need in Atom. Once I found save which is CTRL-S the browser recognized the changes and the correct path was followed.
