It looks like task 3 is not passing? what does this mean? I keep getting this message.
I keep getting this message when trying to ad small medium and large labels to my radio buttons

It means that the code you're writing is interfering with previous code (i.e Task 3) that you've written.

As Eric said, by coding task 4, you deleted some needed code to valid the previous step. I'll recommend to go back to task 3 and fix this
You should post the code that you have to get more direct help.
Sometimes an error with the current task will cause you to get a message saying a previous task isn't passing.
I think the labels had to go after the radio buttons.
